Hello and Welcome...the research begins...

Creative Rusholme is part of the wider Imagine Rusholme initiative. The idea for the project stemmed from a community summit which took place on Saturday 6th October 2012. 

Their were many ideas for how the Creative Rusholme project could be envisioned. These were collected and used to create a word cloud which encapsulates many of the thoughts...

I will be researching into how the various creative industries in Rusholme can collaborate with the community to create a Creative Rusholme. Whether they be art institutions, educational establishments, businesses or local art groups, I will be finding out what is happening in the local area and how Rusholme's communities can participate.

I will also be asking local residents what creative activities they would like to see developed in Rusholme and  how they would like to get involved in the development of a Creative Rusholme.
